Processing times:
Rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be available for viewing within 24 hours after we create the label.
Customs, Duties & Tariffs:
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
All orders are processed next business day shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Lost packages:
We are not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you are unable to locate your order, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
International shipping:
We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
