Refund Policy

Overview

 

Refund requests are evaluated individually. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund, but you may still qualify for a partial refund or store credit.

Refunds:

 

Full or partial refunds may be granted in specific situations:

  • Damaged items: While we take great care to securely package your items for safe transit, we understand that accidents can happen. If an item arrives damaged, please submit photographic evidence via email for refund consideration.

  • Refund Approval: Once your refund is approved through our communications, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Store Credit:

 

When a full or partial refund has been granted, you will also have the option to receive store credit via a discount code, in place of a refund to your original method of payment.

Late Or Missing Refunds:

If you have not yet received your refund, please check the processing times with your bank or card company. Refunds often take several days to be posted.
